I have all the sources in my notes - will dig up and post, mostly government sources. Part 2 is out, I'm in the process of uploading. I held back on releasing it while we determined if we would be working in the state of Sao Paulo or Rio. The video speaks about our plans in Cunha, SP, which were changed when the Exec Director of the program we were tied in with stepped down, and the town experienced a terrible flood this year. They are still very much in thoughts, but not in a good position to be a pilot project. None the less, much of the video content will still pertain to our location in Rio.
