Profile Information

How did you hear about Open World Café?
I attended the Playback theater for a better climate - in the world and between people
About Me:
I am an idealist who believes that we ALL have a higher potential in life. I like to strive for purpose and meaning in every thing that may encounter my path. Enthusiastic, open-minded, and diplomatic person with a big bleeding heart!
About my business:
As a Project Leader I am responsible for implementing the biggest Stroke registry in he world. Many less developed countries do not have the capacity for setting up systems, enabling qualitative/homogenic treatments/standard of care, preventions, clinical studies etc. The base is to set up a world-wide platform for advanced Stroke research and medical care.
What I want:
An awakened world striving for peace and love amongst each other!
What I´m doing about it:
Starting with the little things, like spreading positive energy in my every day life, and practise kindness to everyone, even to people who might be hurting you.
For me, Leadership is . . .
the ability to see to every individuals potential, to inspire and to be attentive, to attain values and ethics/morals, and to stand strong in times of difficulties.
My Favourite Quote:
“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that frightens us most. We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and famous?' Actually, who are you not to be?"....N. Mandela
My passion is . . .
compassion
My greatest fear is . . .
to give up on life

Dearest Jordanos, welcome! Great to meet you on the Playback Theatre evening, great to see you here, great words of hope and inspiration on your profile! Regarding your comment on stroke, you may already be familiar with the video by Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor on her personal experience of suffering a stroke; see it by clicking here, it's on the community, from TED.com. We look forward to seeing soon again at the Café, if you have any questions, please just ask.

Warmly,

Christer
