working on the ground in challenging situations

currently looking for oppertunities using my experience on the ground
What I want:
more projects that have a direct impact into communities to be implemented, without the wasteful costs and ending in only the proposal stage actually being as far as these projects reach
What I´m doing about it:
finished working in communities in conflict zones trying to achive more of what is needed for communities decided by communites. moved to Sweden and looking to continue simular work
