How did you hear about Open World Café?

About Me:

I am originally from the Netherlands, and have studied and worked in several countries, with a focus on mental health care. My path has brought me to Stockholm, Sweden, home for some years now and where I have my own practice in coaching and awareness training.

My academic studies in psychology, which I followed in both The Netherlands and Norway, awakened my interest in multiple forms of therapy. Eventually I chose to follow an additional 3-year education in ‘transformation psychology’, with the emphasis on the Voice Dialogue method.

I believe that everybody has their own truth and inner intelligence to which they can tune in to. Assisting people in finding their unique path, enlightening that path and guiding them on their own personal journey is my drive and passion.

My own process of broadening and deepening my awareness is something that is with me continuously. I find inspiration in nature, yoga and meditation. Besides this I feed my soul with the teachings of people that inspire me, such as Kay Pollak, Eckhart Tolle, Byron Katie, Carl Gustav Jung and Irvin Yalom.

Contribute to a higher level of awareness of who we are and how to live in harmony with nature.

Assisting people in their process of becoming more aware through my work as a coach and awareness trainer.

Connect with people and share ideas. Besides this I participate in Open World activities in Stockholm and I make use of the business lounge at Open World Café Stockholm for therapy consultations.
