Oak Grove and the Krishnamurti Education Center

Being an avid reader of Krishnamurti's writings, it's particularly gratifying to see pictures of these happy children from the Oak Grove School. I think children have been missing from the Open World Café, so Thank You Troy!

I spent two inspiring days at Arya Vihara in April 2008, what now has become the Krishnamurti Education Center. The legacy left by K and those working with him is intense, and necessary in these challenging new times. I am particularly impressed with the "thoughtless" logic of K's reasoning, which for me is both powerful and clear. The question remains, unfortunately, how do we integrate the wisdom into our daily lives and the society we want for our children?

In Ojai, at Brockwood, and the Rishy Valley schools you seem to have some answers. Nevertheless, these my words are just words, an intellectual exercise attempting to communicate something deeper, more profound about my experience of human nature and the tremendous challenges we are facing - now.

And then I think of your words Troy: "Doing prevents it", and see the smiling faces of the human beings of tomorrow, and all is well.
