Humanity has a singular opportunity to lead an increasingly sustainable life; enjoying the abundance available by improving our understanding of nature. There is much talk about change, and a transformational change is possible only when you create the conditions, and develop a transformational mindset for it to happen. It won’t happen doing business as usual and living our lives as usual, while confronted with increasingly un-usual events. We need to Stop, Reflect, and begin to Listen.
These things we know. Less known is how much fun, how rewarding, what a difference it makes to how we feel, and how it improves our performance to “change the way we think about change”. At the Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza, Marcos Croce and Silvia Barretto know; and they are living it. Nature is a teacher, and
when we stop to reflect and listen, we learn important lessons in life leadership and sustainability.
